Biden Signs New Contract with Hollywood Agency

Former US President Joe Biden signed a new contract with a creative agency in Hollywood, moving to this step after leaving the presidential office. This agency previously represented Biden before the 2020 election, as well as former President Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle Obama. The head of the agency, Richard Lovett, stated: "President Biden is one of the voices that I deeply respect, he has an influence on national and global issues. His commitment to public service throughout his life promises unity, optimism, accessibility, and opportunity."

From 2017 to 2020, when Biden was connected to a contract with the creative agency, this agency facilitated the release of his book "Promise Me, Dad," which became one of the best-selling books according to the New York Times bestseller list. This book recounts the death of his son Beau Biden. Joe Biden conducted a tour "American Grit" as part of promoting his book, the sales volume of which exceeded 85 thousand copies and established a successful pre-election campaign in 2020.

It is unclear what Joe Biden is preparing for after his presidency, however, it is expected that he will publicize his presidential memoirs and also start creating a presidential library. After attending Donald Trump's presidential inauguration on January 20 of last year, Biden and former First Lady visited California. Biden informed journalists that his son Hunter was injured as a result of the fires in Los Angeles.

Unlike former Vice President Kamala Harris and her husband Doug Emhoff, who recently attended a charitable event in Los Angeles, Biden and his wife have not appeared publicly since then. The former president posted a photo with the chairman of the National Democratic Committee, Ken Martin, on the platform "X" and commented: "The meeting with the chairman of the National Democratic Committee was excellent."

Democrats elected new leadership for their party at a meeting of the National Democratic Committee last weekend, and not everyone agrees that Biden played a role in the party. For a long time, the strategic consultant of the party was James Carville, who stated last month that many members of the Democratic Party wanted Biden to step away from politics. He added: "What this man has done for himself makes everyone chatter to ensure he doesn't make himself more visible... he just wants to go home to Rehoboth and stay there."
